Warranty
Warranty conditions:
The manufacturer (PJ Games Corp) provides a 2-year warranty on the goods advertised with the warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the date of invoice. The manufacturer's warranty service extends geographically to the USA. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer as the guarantor will provide one of the following services under the warranty:
Replacement of the defective part of the goods with a defect-free part (e.g. individual cards or poker chips, etc.) free of charge.

To apply for warranty service, you must provide the warranty provider with proof of purchase upon request (e.g. by enclosing a copy of the original invoice for the returned goods). We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service without providing proof of purchase, as the proof is used to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller, if this data should not result from the transmitted proof of purchase or the data there are no longer current.
In any case, the warranty will be processed free of charge for you. Any shipping costs you may have to pay will be reimbursed by the guarantor.
Notice:
Your statutory rights in case of defects are not limited by this warranty promise and can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.

- misuse or improper handling
- environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust etc.)
- non-observance of any safety precautions
- non-observance of the operating instructions
- use of force (e.g. impact, shock, falling)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear and tear
A claim under the warranty requires that the guarantor, at his request, is enabled to examine the warranty claim by sending in the goods or by submitting photos. In the former case, it must be ensured that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging. If a photo is requested by the guarantor, it must be taken in such a way that the damage is clearly visible.
