Which chips best suit your needs?
Which optics the chips should have is purely a matter of taste. The only question here is whether you can use chips with values or chips without values better.
Chips without values are particularly suitable if you want to flexibly assign certain values to the individual chip colors. Reasons for this could be that you want to simplify the conversion to certain amounts of money or, for example, in a tournament, with increasing blinds, previously eliminated chip colors want to assign a new higher chip value.
Chips with values are well suited for beginners and game groups that do not have special requirements for chip denomination. The predefined values simplify game preparation and also make it easier for players to quickly and safely place the desired bet during the game.
