We have been playing poker regularly with our common circle of friends since our school days. The need to create the right atmosphere with the right equipment, e.g. poker carpets, poker chips and good cards, arose early on in our own home circle. However, this was not so easy with felt carpets and even with high-quality cardboard cards, as they were quickly damaged. Good table mats, which radiate a great gaming table feeling or casino feeling, were unfortunately not to be found at that time.

So it happened that we started to create poker equipment ourselves that met our requirements for a poker round, besides our studies and our main job. The goal, which is still decisive for our company philosophy today, was to create the possibility for passionate poker players to raise the home poker round to a new level with durable equipment and to bring a casino atmosphere to the gaming table at home.

This led to the creation of the Bullets Playing Cards® brand in 2016. It was quickly determined that a good poker chip had to have an excellent design, a pleasant sound and the right weight. A playing card should look classic, be durable and have a good tactile feel, and the pliability of a card should also not be too weak or too hard. A playing mat, especially in poker, must be wrinkle-free and lint-free and should not slip at all. It must be comfortable and supple to the touch, yet have a smooth surface so that cards can slide easily when dealt. It should also give slightly when you try to lift cards. When these parameters are right and the atmosphere created by them captivates players, poker becomes much more fun.

In cooperation with numerous designers, the Bullets product range was then gradually created. In line with our philosophy, we always pay attention to detail in the development of each product, because it's often the details that make the difference.

From the very beginning, it was a matter close to our hearts to inspire our customers with a positive buying experience. That's why, right from the start, we placed great emphasis on high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Therefore, a card replacement service and also a chip replacement service were quickly established and a courteous customer service was set up.

Since its establishment in 2016, the Bullets Playing Cards® brand has grown to become one of the most popular poker brands in Europe and the USA and we sponsor both large and small events, clubs and societies with our brand's poker products. In addition, a portion of our revenue is regularly donated to social projects, such as the Tafel Rommerskirchen e.V., the Kinderschutzbund, non-profit youth groups and several charity events.
